Founder Scott Flynn comes from a conservative and reputable family background of residential property development, construction and investment.

Prior to establishing SFP, career experience includes, Kenlynn Properties Australia (Joint managing director, Brisbane), Edward J Minskoff Equities (Assistant development manager, New York City), Property Solutions Group (Development manager, Brisbane) & Ray White Real Estate Group (Auctioneer and residential sales, Brisbane).

Scott Flynn holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) from QUT in Brisbane and a Masters Degree in Real Estate and Property Development from the School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation from Columbia University in New York City.

On completion of the Pullman and Ibis Hotel project at the Brisbane Airport, the Flynn Group will be the largest Franchise Partner of Accor Hotels across the Asia Pacific Region which includes India and China. Accor is the largest hotel operator across this region with over 560 hotels.

Scott Flynn’s philosophy is that strong social responsibility is vital for the community as a whole, and he enjoys the challenge and privilege to do so, he supports many organisations including The Griffo Challenge, Daniel Morcombe Foundation, Speld Qld and St Vincents de Paul CEO Sleepout.
